Survive Flue With Salt Water
Salt Water.
My Fried always made me do this when I started feeling sick,it help! The trick is keeping it going,,the cold would flare back up. Saline has an antimicrobial action,the warm water is soothing.
took 350mL glass boiled water,mix 1-3 tea spoon of salt.Use for gargle for 15 seconds,repeated until empty. Do this exercise every 1-3 hours.
